What payment methods are available?

To pay for your order, you can choose from iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal.

What is the delivery time for Quiffice?

We aim to have your order delivered within 2 to 3 working days by PostNL, DHL, or DPD. We will always keep you informed about this.

What are the shipping costs?

The following applies to orders shipped within the Netherlands:
1 piece = € 7,50
2 items = € 12,50
3 items = € 17,50
4 items = € 22,50
5 items = € 25,00
* From 6 pieces free shipping

The following applies to orders shipped within the EU:
1 piece = € 12,50
2 items = € 22,50
3 items = € 30,00
4 items = € 37,50
5 items = € 42,50

Can I come and collect the order?

If you would like to collect your order, please contact us by telephone. Naturally, no shipping costs are charged for picking up an order.

How can I return an order?

The return of your order can only take place after approval of our sales department.

- You can make a return request via info@quiffice.com.

- The return request must be in our possession within 8 working days after receipt of the delivery.

- After approval of the return request you will receive a financial proposal from the sales department which you must confirm.

- After receiving your approval, the forms you need to enclose with the return shipment will be sent to you by e-mail.

- Without these forms, the return cannot be processed.

- The return shipment costs are to be borne by you. You can also arrange for transport to our warehouse yourself.

- Material/quantity deviations from standard will not be exchanged or taken back!

When returning products, the packaging and volume of the products must be equal to that of the original delivery. In the event of extra volume, the corresponding costs will be passed on to you.

- The products assembled by you must be returned unassembled (in original condition).

- Upon receipt of the return shipment it will be inspected and assessed.

- If the return consignment satisfies the above conditions, the invoicing department will send you a credit note.

- If the return does not comply with the conditions, we will contact you.

- Any payment of the above-mentioned credit note will take place exclusively via a bank transfer to the account number known to us.

- Products from the group of remaining stock are excluded from returns.

Can I get quantity discounts?

You certainly can! Are you planning to order large quantities? Please contact info@quiffice.com so that we can make you a suitable proposal.

What about the guarantee?

The contractor guarantees that delivered goods and work carried out comply with the normal requirements of usability, reliability and with the relevant regulations. With normal use we apply a guarantee period of 1 year for companies and 2 years for private persons.

What is the biggest difference between Quiffice Basic and Pro?

Good question! The biggest difference lies in the finish and design. The Quiffice Basic (QX-120) has a silver-colored frame and is slightly heavier, while the Quiffice Pro (QK-120) has a premium look with a black or white frame and is lighter in weight. Additionally, you can mount your personal branding on the Quiffice Pro. Both models offer the same dimensions and load capacity and are quick to set up. The Pro version also features slightly more robust bumpers for extra protection. The Basic weighs approximately 7.4 kg, the Pro approximately 6.2 kg. The Pro is particularly suitable if you want a sleeker and more stylish look.

Can I personalize my Quiffice case with my own design?

Yes, you can have your own logo or design mounted on the Quiffice Pro. Contact us for the possibilities and delivery specifications.

How do I best maintain my Quiffice banner?

Wipe the frame and canvas clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh cleaning agents to prevent damage.

Are the Quiffice cases water-resistant?

Yes, the banners are made of weather-resistant material, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to make a change. We always try to make this possible as long as the production process has not yet started.
